چکیده
Objectives: In the modern days multiple drug resistance has been developed against many microbes due to random use of existing antimicrobial drugs in treatment infectious diseases. This paves way for reconsidering traditional medicine; hence we have carried out evaluate wound healing potentials Marigold flower ( Tagetes erecta ) surgical model black Bengal goats. Methods: A total sixteen wounds were made eight goats under proper restraint and analgesia. Wounds topically treated with paste (Group A) normal saline B, control). Post-treatment information was recorded from day 1 21. Planimetric features such as swelling area, elevation suture line, length monitored. Histopathological vivo anti-microbial studies also investigated. Results: Results revealed that aqueous modulated inflammation promoted contraction leading earlier than those saline. Histological findings highlighted cutaneous architecture marigold more appeared saline-treated wound. The antibacterial study highly effective Staphylococcus aureus which is ubiquitous bacterial pathogen both humans animals. Conclusions: These results, thus, demonstrate possesses activities it could be a potential candidate dermal by topical application.

Marigold (Tagetes erecta L.) has long been used as a medicinal herb for a number of therapeutic activities. In the present study, the cytotoxicities of ethanol and ethyl acetate extracts of marigold flowers and their inhibitory effects on elastase and tyrosinase enzymes were investigated. An MTT assay was performed to measure the cytotoxicity of these two extracts on the H460 lung cancer and th...

Low molecular weight fucoidan (LMF) has been reported to possess anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities. Thus, we examined the effects of LMF extracted from Undaria pinnatifida on dermal wounds. Five round dermal wounds were created on the dorsal back of rats, and they were then treated topically with distilled water (DW), Madecasol Care™ (MC) or LMF at 200, 100 and 50 mg/mL, twice a day ...
